Article Processing Charge (APC) of this journal after acceptance are 50 USD. Full APCs are waived up to January 2028. It cover the costs of open access, copyediting, typesetting, online publication, digital archiving, and journal administration. APCs are payable only after formal acceptance of a manuscript following peer review. The journal does not charge any submission or peer review fees. Payment of APCs has no influence on editorial decisions, which are made solely based on scholarly merit and adherence to journal standards. 

Waiver Policy: Authors who are unable to pay the APC may request a full or partial waiver at the time of submission or after acceptance. Waiver requests are evaluated confidentially based on the corresponding author’s country of residence, institutional support, and demonstrated financial need. All decisions regarding waivers are made independent of the peer review and editorial decision making processes to ensure fairness and transparency.
